about the founder
I am a visionary senior executive with over two decades of leadership directing Human Resources, Information Technology and Real Estate, at the highest level, for one of the world’s largest companies.
My career at Shell has included oversight of some of the most transformative cross functional initiatives of the period, starting with large-scale ERP deployments and their early digital programmes, designing and deploying a radically changed global HR Operations model, progressing to lead the design and implementation of Shell’s offshore service centres, subsequently leading business-critical risk initiatives, and most recently playing a key role in their Future of Work agenda, overseeing the redevelopment of their corporate HQ in The Hague.
